His career has been marked by a strong track record of driving growth, mentoring teams, and delivering tailored risk solutions across diverse industry verticals.
In addition to his frontline insurance expertise, Earl spent eight years in the business process outsourcing and insurtech space, serving in leadership roles such as Sales Director, Strategic Project Manager, and Vice President of Business Development. He was instrumental in growing the virtual assistance division for one of the most well-known VA providers in the industry today, helping to scale operations and enhance support services for insurance agencies. Earl also played a key role in developing insurtech products and leading go-to-market strategies for tech-enabled back office support, including the strategic deployment of offshore teams and AI-powered services.
Earl brings a unique perspective to the insurance ecosystem, combining deep commercial insurance knowledge with a sharp understanding of how to scale efficiency and innovation through technology and global resourcing. His passion lies in helping agencies unlock capacity, streamline workflows, and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
Originally from California’s East Bay Area, Earl now resides in Southwest Las Vegas, Nevada.
